Makar Lagna/Capricorn Ascendant [Mind/Body Personality Types] #10

This is the 10th video in my lagna series where I talk about the sthool (general) results for people born in Capricorn ascendant/makar lagna/Capricorn rising sign.

Lagna is the rashi that is rising from the east when you were born. Lagna helps us in understanding the body type, look and point of view of a person. If you are born in Capricorn lagna, you could be as hard working as you are lazy. Generally dutiful, conservative and interested in a stoic approach to life, Makar Lagna people are known to be researchers, lawyers, investigators, hoteliers, businessmen and people associated with earth sciences.

Generally, Capricorn ascendant borns have crooked or ill-shaped teeth and their eyes are deep set, although with a sparkling light. Their complexions are generally dark and they have slender bodies, barely ever having highly developed muscles or fat. These people can look almost hypnotic in a way. The women sometimes tend to have protruding teeth.

Capricorn borns generally have to prove themselves again and again to get the things they want. When the lagna is very strong, they may become perfectionists and when it is weak, they become foolish and lazy. The more they help the downtrodden, the better their prospects in life become.

They are humble, god fearing people but sometimes have a thing for religious hypocrisy. Makar lagna is naturally tamasic in nature which means that if they don't remain careful, their tamasic nature could easily take over them. Drinking should be strictly prohibited or must be strictly controlled for people born under this lagna. The use of other intoxicants should also be minimized or banned.

Overall, they are good people with steady personalities who turn out to be very patient spouses and doting parents. Highly materialistic, these signs turn out to be inventors, pioneers and businessmen who run the world.
