Homemade Ice Cream Without the Ice-cream machine

Making ice-cream at home can be intimidating....on this video I will show you how you can make it without the ice cream machine or any fancy tools and just after a few hours, your ice cream will be ready.

Ingredients

Chocolate ice cream
· 32g Dark Chocolate(Chopped small)
· 200g Brookside Whipping cream
· 2 Egg White
· 60g Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
· 2 Egg yolk
· 2 Tbsp Water
· 200g Brookside Whipping cream
· 60g Sugar
· Vanilla extract (Or 5-6 drops of vanilla essence)
