Matt Robinson - Mobity Mosely's Months 1971 45 Record Columbia Records 70s Sesame Street Joe Raposo

From the archives...Matt Robinson as Mobity Mosely with a 1971 Columbia Records 45 record recording of Mobity Mosely's Months. The first to play Gordon on Sesame Street, Robinson worked with Jim Henson to create the Frankin character and was given a full-length album co-written with Joe Raposo. Released in 1970, this is one of the early batches of Sesame Street records released. So if your here, there are good odds that this might have been one of the first records you heard. Robinson performs superbly as Franklin's friend Mobity Mosely, based on the Bosstones 1958 release "Mope-itty Mope". A great early 70s Sesame Street record and a gentle reminder of a simpler time. Enjoy!
