Keurig 2.0 Model K300 repair

The issue with this machine was it was not pumping. Unlike other models, this one uses a mechanical pump, kind of looks like a steam locomotive setup. When I took it apart, it needed a good cleaning (as described in the video), and one of the tubes had some coffee grinds in it. When I filled it up and plugged it in, the unit Preheated like it's supposed to, and it pumped water fine.
I cleaned it out using straight vinegar (let it sit overnite), and rinsed it out by pouring 12 cups of water thru it.
Note: after returning it to the owner, it worked for a month and stopped again. It is my opinion the electric motor (which drives the mechanical pump) has a dead spot on it, much like the old days with car engine starter motors. After striking the machine a few times, it starts pumping again. I've fixed a number of machines, and this one by far has been the biggest P.I.T.A.
