What is for sale right now?

The launch will happen shortly, for now there are NO floor plans, maps nor actual prices however it is estimated the following.
The properties will be on a payment plan, again this has not been finalised but probably 90/10 % plan where you pay 90% over 3 years of construction and 10% at Handover .
