Supreme Court Blocks Sudarshan TV | New Threat To Secularism??

According to the honorable Supreme Court of India, IndiaSpend's "Lynchistan" narrative is secular, calling Modi a fascist is secular, blaming Delhi violence on Hindus is secular, but Sudarshan TV claiming that Muslims get preferential treatment in UPSC recruitment is a threat to secularism and must be blocked. How do we decide what kind of insensitive comment is allowed and what isn't? Either its all allowed or it's all not allowed.
