HANDSTAND PRESS WORKOUT | FULL SEQUENCE | REAL TIME | 45 MINUTES

Join me for this handstand & handstand press strengthening and lengthening workout. The session is divided into two parts;

The first 15 minutes starts with a hamstring flexibility session - this is designed to help you float in and out of your handstand press with lightness and ease, but can also be used as a stand alone hamstring focused Yoga Quickie.

The rest of the workout is focused on strengthening exercises and drills for the wrists, core, shoulders and arms.

Yoga mat and sturdy wall.

This workout is in realtime so we get sweaty, flexy and stronger together.
