hello frens~ i'm sure you guys have heard about the recent hate crimes against the AAPI community. i'm deeply upset and worry about my friends and their families, as well as my own safety every single day. these past weeks have been scary, stressful, and exhausting. it breaks my heart every time i go on instagram only to see several new attacks that have occurred. the fact that people are targeting our women and elders is disgusting. there needs to be change. pls educate yourself, spread awareness, advocate & stand with us. to my fellow APPI's, however you're choosing to process all of this is valid and don't forget to care of your mental health! stay safe♡
