Here is the detailed recipe of healthy Palak paneer

RECIPE

1. Blanch the palak (spinach) leaves well and make a smooth paste by adding 3-4 garlic cloves, ginger and 1 green chilli.
2. In a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds and 1 red sukhi laal mirch.
3. Add 1 chopped onion.
4. Cook for 2 minutes then add 2 pureed tomatoes.
5. Add 1 tbsp of red mirch powder. 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp of salt, and 1/2 tbsp of garam masala.
6. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the palak paste along with fried paneer cubes.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes, and finish with a Kashmiri red chili tadka on top.
8. Your delicious Palak Paneer is ready to serve! Enjoy this wholesome dish with your favorite bread or rice.
