On The Scene: At the Beham egg-dyeing workshop in the southern German city of Ursberg, the machines run non-stop in the weeks leading up to Easter. With 70 years of company history, the family business claims to be Germany’s oldest workshop of its kind. During the peak season it boils and colours up to 34.000 eggs per hour.
