Join us an a family friendly spooky adventure at the Haunted Woods event at Hillsborough River State park, Florida. The Haunted Woods event s only held on two nights each year in the month of October. All the proceeds go to the State park. The events is only $10 pp and they do have food & drinks, a movie, face painting, arts and crafts, and plenty of photo opportunities. They also have a costume contest and a kid safe friendly zone for children. They do have lots of dancing, games and cool costumes. The fun part is that they have a dark and scary trail in the woods. It is not recommended for small children as there are scare actors and it is very dark.
We had a blast at this local family friendly event. We loved everything about the event including the fun dark creepy scary trail. Thank you to Josh for inviting us out to this amazing event and hope that you all can take the opportunity to attend next year. We can guarantee that you will all have a good time. Plus, it is also for a good cause like protecting our Florida State parks.
