Creating Caribbean Police Cadet Programs

This program will be for youth 14 to 18 years old.
The Caribbean Safety Agency (CSA) and Caribbean Law Enforcement Foundation (CLEF) are working to prepare the next generation of public safety professionals through development programs that emphasize the concept of “servant leadership” within Caribbean Police Departments. Community engagement and support are critical to successfully achieve the mission of public safety organizations. Engaging young adults to work collaboratively with citizens and community organizations will help strengthen relationships, build trust and resolve issues for the well-being of the community, which will build them into better public safety professionals in the future.
