Hey Instylers,

Thank you for coming back. This video was a little challenging for me to record as I was having a lot of panic and anxiety none the less after a few tantrum breaks I was able to finish. Postpartum is a rollercoaster of emotions, be kind to yourself. Although, I did bring out my note pad I did forget some items I just couldn’t live without right now for this reason I will be recording a part 2 to this video.
