Go Down Moses (Thursday Musical Highlight)

Hey Church Family,

In light of our journey into the book of Exodus in the old testament this past Sunday and this coming Sunday, we thought it would be fitting to create a performance of the spiritual “Go Down Moses” for our Thursday musical highlight. The song bridges the gap in the timeline between the Israellites calling out to God (our scripture last week) and the Israelites/Moses being backed up against the Red Sea (which is our scripture for this Sunday). Thanks to Duncan for coordinating this performance and guest musician Michael Collings for lending his talents on bass.
