Danny Rohl rages at damning Rangers claim as Ibrox boss brands Celtic 'lucky'

Defiant Danny Rohl bit back at suggestions his ropey Rangers don’t have the bottle for the title race after blowing the chance to kill of Celtic’s hopes of the crown.

Gers’ German gaffer knew his team could all but end their Old Firm rivals’ prospects of catching league leaders Hearts with a win.

And that looked to be firmly on the cards after a sensational first 45 minutes at Ibrox that was lit up by two stunning strikes from frontman Youssef Chermiti.

But the derby tide swung at the break as Martin O’Neill made changes to his Hoops line up - with Kieran Tierney netting before Reo Hatate’s 91st-minute penalty rebound clinched a draw that now leaves the Light Blues six points adrift of Derek McInnes’ Jambos.
