Best Budget Phones Under £300 (Spring 2021) | Cheap Smartphones Reviewed!

Reviewing the best budget smartphones of 2021 costing under £300, from Xiaomi, Poco, Realme, Oppo, Motorola and Samsung. Here's my top favourite affordable phones that I've tested this year, with the most dependable camera tech, longest battery life and greatest performance for PubG and beyond.

We start with Xiaomi's excellent Redmi Note 10 Pro, which is easily one of the top budget phones right now. This surpasses the brilliant Mi 10T Lite 5G from last year, even though the 5G support is missing, thanks to the slick performance, strong camera results and enjoyable MiUI 12 experience.

Don't sleep on the Poco X3 Pro either, which is an upgrade over the X3 NFC thanks to its stronger gaming chops. If you want cheap but powerful, look no further.

I still love the Oppo Reno 4Z and Moto G 5G Plus which can be had for less money in Spring 2021, while the Realme 8 Pro is a respectable choice - but the Poco X3 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro do boast better specs and camera results.
