Let the party begin! The Mummers Parade officially kicked off at approximately 9:00 AM, with long performance in front of City Hall (need tix for that), and finally coming around the corner in front of The Ritz Carlton Hotel, where I stood waiting to shoot footage of the first brigades to come through before the battery ran out!
