1. Cecina (pork) and chorizo sausage at Meat Alley, Mercado 20 de Noviembre, 20 de Noviembre 512, OAX_RE_BENITO JUAREZ, Centro, 68000 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax. Open 7 days, 7:00am to 9:00pm. 

2. Horchata con tuna (horchata with tuna fruit) at Casilda Aguas Regionales, located in Mercado Benito Juarez, Flores Magón s/n, Local 30-31, Centro, 68000 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax. Open Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 6:30pm and Sunday 10:30am to 4:00pm (go early as their agua de frescas run out quickly).

3. Tlayuda with tasajo (cured beef) at Comedor Chabelita in Mercado 20 de Noviembre, 20 de Noviembre 512, OAX_RE_BENITO JUAREZ, Centro, 68000 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax. Open 7 days, 7:00am to 9:00pm.

4. Tostiesquites at street cart located in front of Templo de Sangre de Cristo, Calle de Mariano Abasolo, RUTA INDEPENDENCIA, Centro, 68000 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax. Every evening.
