The OLDEST Flags In The World (That Are Still Used Today)

▶ In this video I talk about the oldest flags in the world that are still in use today. It's important to differentiate this from the oldest continuous flag; for this video I used the criteria that flag usage may have been interrupted as long as the current one in use corresponds to an historically old design. Throughout the video we learn about which countries in the world today have the oldest flags, when they were first implemented and why they either lasted all the way up to today or why they were temporarily replaced and then recently recovered. Going into the top 20 of oldest flags in ascending order (starting with the oldest) we go all the way to the year 1800, a time after which all other modern countries' flags have been created.
