INGREDIENTS

500gm White Potatoes (unpeeled)
1 Hoho (Green Bell Pepper)
4-5 Crushed Garlic Cloves

Preferred Spices
1 Tbs Spanish Paprika
1 Tbs Black Pepper
4-5 Bay Leaves / 1 Rosemary stem.
1/4 Tsp of Salt
4-5 Tbs of Cooking Oil
