The OMOTON Magsafe Car Vent Mount is a magnetic phone mount paired with a vacuum suction cup that gives up to 3.6 times more grip than most other car phone mounts.

The plastic mount features a hook attachment that simply grips the back of a vent blade, and screws tightly back onto the vent. Its support ring helps stabilise the mount further and reduces any wobble. The hook itself isn’t metal, but it is reinforced with some metal parts.

A ring of N52 magnets creates a powerful attachment to the back of my MagSafe iPhone or MagSafe case, while supplied black or white adhesive magnetic rings can also be attached to older phones and cases.

Combined with its inner suction cup, this mount has a very strong grip on your phone, so much so that takes some effort to release it. So rest assured that your phone is totally fixed and secured on the mount.

Sadly, this mount isn’t able to charge your phone, so its cheap price reflects this limitation. If you’re looking for a simple yet very strong magnetic vent mount, this vent mount from OMOTON ticks all the boxes as a great car phone mount.
