Turbo Spray, an Authorized System Integrator for FANUC, utilizes the FANUC Paint Mate 200iA/L to efficiently coat the inside diameter of control arms. This advanced system is also equipped with a power and free puck pallet line with adjustable tooling on each pallet, accommodating a variety of part lengths.

System Overview
The complete cycle includes loading, pre-heating, inside diameter coating a control arm, post-heating, and unloading.

We have our own 15,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Howell, Michigan and a sales office in Georgia and Mexico.
