GM's first Chinese EV - Buick Velite 6 in Shanghai - CHINA DRIVER

This week I test the Buick Velite 6 - GM's first fully electric car in China. The successor to the Chevrolet Volt, but only available in China, this car does not have amazing specs, but is a comfortable city run-around.
