Hi guys, it’s Rachel and I want to share some common misconceptions on immigrating to Canada.

I grew up fast after moving to Canada. And after living in Vancouver for 3 years, I grew a different perspective about life here. I've had previous expectations on moving to Vancouver that were unrealistic and hindered growth. I was scared that my notion of moving to Canada is "the dream" was totally wrong. There were a couple hard pills to swallow but I knew that facing these ugly truths are necessary for growth.

So with that, I decided to talk about a pretty taboo topic of being an immigrant to Vancouver and it's all about COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS of IMMIGRATING TO CANADA. I figured it may be an interesting topic to cover as my goal is to inform and guide you on what to expect if you are preparing to study, work or live here. I hope this video helps ❤️☺️
