This 12 foot by 38 foot tiny home is loaded with custom features that will make you feel like you're on vacation in the Muskokas. From the front entrance you're greeted with a bright and airy living space adorned with stunning wood & beam ceilings and hand scraped wood floors.

The exquisite details continue into the the kitchen with custom walnut and maple cabinetry and live edge counters. There's space for full size appliances and plenty of storage.

If you continue down the hallway, you will find a 3 pc bath with stunning coffered ceiling and a clawfoot tub. Outside the bathroom, there is plenty of closet space for clothing and/or linens.
Every bit of space in this tiny home has been used cleverly like the space you will see above the bathroom. A wooden ladder leads you to a loft that can be used for extra storage or sleeping space for the grandkids.

More unique custom finishes are found in the private queen bedroom. It's stained cathedral ceilings and unique walnut headboard/nightstand design is artwork on it's own.
