Was it wise to buy the Wyse? Dell Wyse review and upgrades!

Bought this thin client on eBay for $12 US dollars. Bought a 120gb SSD and a power cable for a combine total for $50 US dollars for this complete build. Can this little computer gain and hold up in 2020. Is it even worth buying. Watch and find out!
