Weirdest Spanish Christmas Traditions Explained by an immigrant

Hi everyone down here in the description box and WELCOME BACK! I've been away for a while now - I know! But I'm feeling the new year cheer and wanted to share some of the crazier Spanish traditions that have just happened here for Christmas with you, and actually explain how they're celebrated, when they originated and why they're till popular.

In this video we discuss Spanish culture, regional difference in Spain, their traditions that revolve around poo - caganar's and caga tio for example. We also discuss their world famous lottery - El Gordo, what they do to celebrate - Los Reyes Magos traditions, their weird red underwear traditions, the real historical reason they eat twelve grapes on New Years Eve and why their April Fools Day - Día de los inocentes happens in December and more.

I hope you find it informative and entertaining and I look forward to seeing you more this year!
