An Average Day || Living in the Mountains (Story 26)

Hi! Heres a day in my life. woohoo. how are we all getting along?

I had this idea that once i moved away from the city, all my problems would disappear....
I spent this last year of my life trying to distract my mind from being present. I think becoming present forces us to deal with all the junk that we want to run away from. Ive tried to run away so many times. And finally, im in a place where im starting to learn how to be okay with not being okay. Im starting to learn how to just be content. Im truly feeling things again, and actually starting to feel more like myself everyday.

I still have bad days.. Sometimes i feel anxious to the point where i cant even get out of bed. But thats also okay. Just learning to love myself and the world around me.
