Dr.Wily's at last!! The evil doctor tries to stop Mega Man with many traps and robot master refights, but Mega Man now faces Wily in his powerful Wily Machine 9 and he's not playing around this time! The battle becomes fierce and long as Mega Man defeats Wily and shows him all of his faults from many games (how and when did he find time to do that?) as he tries to rescue Dr. Light. But wait, the police robots and Light were fakes all along as Proto Man steps in and rescues Mega Man.

Wily escapes once again and Dr. Light was dropped of all charges and his robots peacefully helping each other. Mega Man 10 is next, see you all soon!
