DJ Luke is voiced by Luther R. Campbell, better known as Luke Skyywalker from rap group 2 Live Crew. Fresh FM broadcasts live from a strip club and is technically a pirate radio station, much like Wildstyle in GTA: Vice City. The station is bought out by Oliver "Ladykiller" Biscuit between the events of Vice City Stories and Vice City, becoming Fever 105, as hinted by one of DJ Luke's comments.
