Panelo: No need for apology since Diaz' inclusion in 'Oust Duterte' matrix was misinterpreted | ANC

Dateline Philippines: Presidential Chief Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo does not see any need to apologize for presenting the 'Oust Duterte' matrix which included Hidilyn Diaz. He insists he had no hand in creating the 'Oust Duterte' matrix, and that it was the media and Hidilyn Diaz herself who misinterpreted the matrix. He does apologize though if the matrix caused Diaz pain.
