Scary Reversed Reverb Effects - ** Halloween Special ** Extra tutorial

In this extra tutorial we're going to look at how to create a reversed reverb effect, or pre-verb, on vocals and music. This reversed reverb gives a pretty spooky sound, as you're kinda being 'pulled into the sound'.

In this video I'm explaining the concept and the basics of how to achieve this reversed reverb effect. We'll go over a few examples and apply this effect on vocals with both a reversed reverb, and a reversed delay to create some interesting effects!

As we're just covering the basics of this effect here, to get it sound 'right' for your project you will probably have to play around with automation a lot, to get the right timing for your reverbs. Also by changing the parameters of the reverb you can shape the sound.(longer or shorter reverb tails, pre-delay, damping, frequency content, etc..) You'll find that all these tweaks will have a great influence on the overall sound of your pre-verb.
