My journey with plastic surgery, and reversing it

I decided to make this video to share with others my experience of trying to perfect my outer world in order to find peace inside. At the time of having my surgeries I didn't think there was anything unusual about it - I believed it was normal to alter my body because society told me so.

I'm sharing this message for the girls (or boys) who feel pressured to attain a "perfect body" and maybe you just need to hear someone say you are wonderful just the way you are.

For me personally I continued to want more surgeries because when we don't see ourselves clearly it will never be "enough".

I also wanted to say please do not feel bad if you've already had plastic surgery, you don't NEED to do anything to reverse your decision. This is just something I felt lead to do and to share with others. I just like to say focus on making your inner world so beautiful and vibrant and it will shine through on the outside I promise. And if you are contemplating plastic surgery I always suggest wait on it, and do inner work first and then see how you feel after :)
