Hey guys, today we are doing a boyfriend husband challenge where we have to do a cooking recipe for you. So this is Super Cheesy, Super Spicy Tteokbokki!!! Tteokbokki aka ddeokbokki aka is the Korean word for rice cake, and you can make it with mozzarella cheese, as I love to do. I add spices, such as gochujang with is a red chili paste that is sweet, with fermented spicy chili powder. Or you could use the instant ramen noodles called "Rabokki." Rabokki noodle is made for the tteokbokki or the spicy rice cakes to be added to the mix. Rabokki is actually my favorite Korean ramen instant noodles of ALL TIME. Seriously, if I could only eat one Instant korean ramyeon aka Ramyun for the rest of my life, it would be Rabokki Instant Ramen Noodles, with cheese and rice cakes added. So sit back and relax and watch up cook up this delicious Easy Spicy Cheesy Rice Cakes mukang eating show! If you love cheese, mozzarella cheesy noodles, or any kind of super spicy cheesy fire noodles, you will love this. It reminds me of the Korean Fire Noodle Challenge or the Spicy Ramen Noodle Challenge but on a much lighter scale--- and more enjoyable. Of course, because all the cheese is added.
