नौतपा (Nautapa) यानी साल के 9 दिन जो सबसे गर्म होते हैं. इस बार नौतपा 25 मई से शुरू हो रहा है, जो कि 2 जून, 2025 तक चलेगा नौतपा तब लगता है, जब ज्येष्ठ महीने (Jyeshtha Month)में सूर्य(Sun) रोहिणी नक्षत्र ( Rohini Nakshtra) में प्रवेश करता है। इस दौरान दिन के समय में घर से बाहर निकलना किसी खतरे से कम नहीं होता है। वहीं कुछ खास हेल्थ कंडीशन(Health Condition) से जूझ रहे लोगों को नौतपा में अतिरिक्त सावधानी (Extra Awareness) बरतने की जरूरत होती है क्योंकि उनका शरीर ज्यादा गर्मी(Heat) झेलने के लिए सक्षम नहीं होता है
