Plain flour: 4 cups (500g)
Salt: 2 tsp
Egg: 1
Water (warm): 1 1/4 cups about (300ml)

Filling:
Butter (melted)
Corn flour

نمک: ۲ قاشق چایخوری
تخم مرغ: ۱ عدد
(آب گرم: ۱ گیلاس و ۱/۴ (۳۰۰ میلی لیتر

برای پر كردن
کره آب شده
آرد ذرت

(دقيق عادي: 4 أكواب (500 جم
الملح: 2 ملعقة صغيرة
البيض: 1
(ماء (دافئ): 1 1/4 كوب حول(300 مل

حشوة:
ذابت الزبدة
دقيق الذرة
