Confetti Balloons DIY | Helium or no Helium | Static and Hi Float

I use two methods to show you how to get the confetti to stick to the inside of your clear balloon.
- First method involves static to get the confetti to stick - Be aware, this method only lasts a few hours, you will have to rub the balloon again every few hours.
- Second method involves clear drying glue or most commonly used Hi Float to get the confetti to stick

I use clear drying glue instead of Hi Float in this video as I know a lot of people generally don't have access to hi float, and I know it can also be quite expensive.
