-Barbell Stiff leg deadlifts (squeeze da booty) 4X15
-axe ball slams 4X10
-DB sway rows (engage upper back) 4X15
-Power clean 4X10
-Underhand DB side laterals 4X15
-Box Jumps 4X10,12,15,20
-TRX fly pushups 4X15
-Single arm DB sumo squats 4X10 each side
-Partial squat w/ Db presses 4X15
-DB Slider Reverse Lunges 4X10,12,15,20 each side
-Push-up Shuffle 4X10 (Do burnout last set)
-Ab Crunch Crossover (Tap left foot w/right hand, tap right foot with left hand) 4X10 each side
