SoleyGhost on the Resell Value of the Air Jordan 11 '72-10'
http://www.sneakerwatch.com/ -One speculation as to why many LeBron and other Nike Basketball sneakers sit on shelves is because of their hefty retail price. Fluctuating from $200 and up, some Nike LeBron EXT releases can go all the way up to $250 not including tax. In our latest exclusive with East Coast Boutique owner and sneakerhead SoleyGhost, he addresses the current state of sneaker prices and its effects on the resell game. When asked about the upcoming Air Jordan 11 '72-10' releasing this December priced at $220, he showed no concern, stating that the increase of the pricing is only going to increase the resell price making it more difficult for buyers to cop.
SoleyGhost also touched on how East Coast Boutique handles checking the authenticity of sneakers they put on sale that are on consignment. With the market more and more saturated with fake sneakers, he understands that giving thorough background checks on the sneakers that people bring into the store is a necessity.
