CALENDLY ZOOM INTEGRATION - Include a Zoom link to your meeting

Want to integrate Calendly and Zoom? It's easy. When you do get Calendly and Zoom working together, you can then choose Zoom as your event location.

This makes it a much simpler and more streamlined way for people to book appointments with you.

Calendly and Zoom work together really well. Invitees can book the appointment in Calendly and will have a link to the Zoom meeting included in the invitation.

This will create the video conference details - the Zoom link - automatically, and your invitees will have the details in their calendar event.

This makes it much easier for them to show up without having to look up emails or do the back-and-forth asking "how did you want to meet?"

This should reduce the no-shows (which are such a frustrating part of calendar bookings, right?)
Calendly and Zoom integrate nicely, and this can make it much easier for your guests to book meetings without you having to do a lot of technical setup.

This requires you to have a Premium Calendly account (not the free version!)

You also don't need to use Zapier to connect Calendly and Zoom.
