Steamed Purple Sweet Potato Soy Milk Layered Cake

A healthier version of the traditional steamed layered cake made with soy milk instead of coconut milk. In collaboration with The Meatmen, we created this recipe using Nutrisoy's purple sweet potato soya milk and Nutrisoy's fresh soya milk to achieve the pretty coloured layers without any food colouring!
