ASMR - ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE

Ok, first things first, I am in no way an Alexander Technique practitioner! Ive never even had an Alexander session haha! So there will be some inaccuracies I am sure! This video is a culmination of all the Alexander technique videos that I watch on YouTube which give me ASMR tingles! Like these:

I find the whole process to be very relaxing and I wanted to recreate this in my own ASMR video. There is lots of close personal attention, soft speaking, ear to ear whispering, crinkle shirt sounds and all that good stuff!
