Open the htdocs folder in XAMPP and create the new folder for the website. The name of the folder is a domain of the website you are about to create. In our example it is magento2-test.

Extract all the files and folders from archive with Magento in the folder you’ve just created.

Do the same thing with Sample Data archive.
