Madoka Magica is the great, twisted anime series from Gen Urobuchi, not quite a new anime turning 11 in 2022, but always one of the best series to watch online, sparing no feelings. Puella Magi Madoka Magica follows the titular character, and her friends Sayaka, Mami, Kyoko, and Homura, as they delve into the twisted world of magical girls. An anime with many twists and turns, nothing is as it seems, and all their stories end in tragedy. Today, we’ll be looking at Homura Akemi, a story of denial and obsession. Faced with mental destruction at the hands of a Steins;Gate Okabe-esc solo time travel plot, Homura rewinds time for much more than five nights, fighting for one cause.And because of this, she unknowingly loses the one cause she cares about; Madoka. The 3rd movie addition, Rebellion, creates an expo on what happens after her friend's sacrifice, and how intent this world is on tragedy, in a way that levels up one of anime’s best girls…
