Used BMW i3 in 2019 - Is it still worth buy?

The BMW i3 was a pretty advanced car when it debuted in 2014, but the electric vehicle market has changed drastically. Tesla now sells the Model 3 and there are numerous other vehicles like the Chevy Bolt available to purchase.
