"The harp on Baby Blue is outerworldly"-Bob Dylan performs It's All Over Now, Baby Blue- Philly 1995

"The harp on Baby Blue is outerworldly", mario7frankielee commented Bob Dylan's harmonica playing on It's All Over Now, Baby Blue at Electric Factory Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 17th December 1995. I agree, have always loved Dylan’s harmonica playing. In 1995 it reached new heights. Most famous the Prague concert that year.
And there is more in the performances of this year. "95 was quite a unique year. None other like it, at least vocally. Maybe 94 was almost similar. It’s as if in 95, Bob considered the negative comments made about his nasally sound and tried to make a more 'tender' approach", Nicholas Fadely commented.
[ Two of more reasons why, I think, it's worthwhile to post this as a single 'outtake' from the full show 'I've uploaded yesterday https://youtu.be/BCvbCF6dYOM ]
Track 9 from the last concert of the 1995 Paradise Lost Tour with the 9th Never-Ending Tour Band: Bob Dylan (vocal, guitar & harmonica), Bucky Baxter (pedal steel guitar & electric slide guitar), John Jackson (guitar), Tony Garnier (bass), Winston Watson (drums & percussion).
