there WERE Casualties / FINALLY hosted my 1st Group Ride

After riding electric unicycles for 4 years and participating in hundred of group rides, I FINALLY organized my own. After seeing my Kensico Dam video, a few of my friends requested the ride. Moral of the story: it was much more fun riding with friends.

The Kensico Dam:
25 miles long, the scenic Bronx River Greenway is the oldest greenway in America. Starting in Soundview, New York, and ending at the Kensico Dam, it provides the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous EUC adventure. With sites like Soundview Park, Concrete Plant Park, Starlight Park, the Bronx Zoo, the NYC Botanical Garden, and the Kensico Dam Plaza, this trail comes highly recommended for relaxing bicycle tours and hikes as well, as most of it consist of waterfront bike paths away from traffic. Kensico Dam Plaza, the destination of this adventure, is truly stunning. The epic 300ft Dam dwarfs the surrounding landscape. By taking a detour, visitors can access the top of the dam, which offers a panoramic view of the plaza and Rye Lake behind the dam.
