A recent norovirus outbreak was reported on the Caribbean Princess cruise ship during its 28 April–11 May 2026 voyage. According to the CDC, 145 passengers out of 3,116 and 15 crew members out of 1,131 reported illness, with the main symptoms being diarrhoea and vomiting.
