Addressing the third question on the purpose of Proverbs, Steve breaks down Proverbs 1:2-6 (13:00):
Gaining wisdom and instruction (discipline)
Understanding words of insight (discernment)
Receiving instruction in prudent behavior
Giving prudence to the simple and knowledge to the young

Steve explains that wisdom is the application of knowledge (15:30) and discusses the importance of discernment and prudence (18:00). He shares a personal anecdote about falling for an online scam to illustrate the need for prudence (20:30).
