Stage Cam keys - Nooduitgang (Het Goede Doel cover)
Video footage recorded during a live gig to give you an impression of my rig and playing.
For live gigs I'm always looking for the most compact and lightest setup without doing too many concessions to usability and perfomance. For me it's important to have a solid piano, a sublime organ and a versatile synth.
My 3-tier rig in this video:
STAND:
Here I use the "Para S" with 3 tiers with mounted 8-outlet power strip. The most affordable robust and stable 3-tier stand on the market in my opinion. Much better than the K&M for example and much cheaper than the Gibraltar stands. The tilt angle of the 2nd and 3rd level can easily be adjusted in 8 steps and also the height of the tiers is adjustable. The base frame is height adjustable from 60 to 90 cm. Sometimes I also use other 2-tier stands from Ultimate or the Spider Pro from K&M. And a piano stand from Stagg for a single piano. In my homestudio I have Standtastic 3-tier stands which are solid a a rock but not 'friendly' on the road.

LOWER KEYS:
Roland RD300NX - which I use mainly as my piano. Of course Yamaha, Nord and others have also great stage piano (sounds), but I'm used and stuck to Roland for my stage piano. ;-)
SuperNATURAL technology, ivory feel and a great keybed. The approximately 1.000 extra voices/tones are very useful as well. In my homestudio I use the RD-88, but the RD300NX has everything I need on the road.

MIDDLE KEYS:
Nothing beats a Hammond for creating the ultimate organ sound! I've had the SK Pro 73, but that was to big for the road. I aldo have the XK1c, but the XK1 is my favorite. That solid look, feel and sound! Since I have no roadies it's the best affordable alternative for the B3 or XK5 :-D.

UPPER KEYS:
My biggest friend on stage. Superlight (5kg!!) unlimited layers and splits, over 1200 patches, 8 pads which I use for playing samples/loops from USB. It's unbelievable what this little synth is capable of!
